NEW Your Choice Pantry
BECAUSE OF YOU…
Food for Today, Building for Tomorrow
Everyday Feed My People feeds people who lost their jobs and are struggling to keep their car and home. We are there for the grandparents who are now unexpectedly raising their grandchildren. Life gives us all surprises, but fortunately Feed My People has been a beacon of light since 1982 showing God's love and compassion to all His people, but particularly to His people in need.
The Feed My People South County Help Center/Pantry has rotten wiring, old pipes and a maze-like layout that requires updating. Transforming the current layout of cramped rooms into a new “your choice” food pantry will allow customers to self-select what their families will want to eat from a variety of healthy options, just as they would at a grocery store.
The renovated pantry will have a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system providing greater air flow and more energy efficient operation, improved lighting with cost-saving LED fixtures, and modern, comfortable public restrooms.
The “your choice” food pantry will remove the sting of asking for help and restore the dignity and respect each person deserves in a modern, safe and welcoming environment.

Michael Staenberg and The Factory at the District deserve a huge round of applause and thanks for their outstanding support of Feed My People and the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry. On Saturday, June 12, just under 500 people, including FMP guests, attended a fantastic preview party at The Factory at the District. Located in Chesterfield, The Factory is one of the anchors in the new entertainment complex – The District. The Factory is surrounded by restaurants, shops and entertainment options designed to appeal to everyone. The Factory, offering a unique and fun concert experience, boasts a growing number of bands scheduled to perform in St. Louis. Learn more by visiting HERE.
We are excited for the support that the Staenberg Group and Staenberg Family Foundation have given Feed My People and, with their help, look forward to realizing the renovations planned for the South County Help Center.
“Thy will be done.”
These words have been said so many times, inspiring lots of emotions and thoughts in each of us. For me, “Thy Will be Done” means Christ sees all and knows all. His love shines through any temporal earthly challenge and provides us with a longer, wider and more peaceful view. Through this faith in the bigger purpose of life, the mission of Feed My People-to show God's love and compassion to all His people, but particularly to His people in need-comes into focus.
It is with this faith in God’s will that Feed My People is undertaking a capital renovation, rebuilding the entire interior of the Food Pantry/Help Center in South County. Feed My People has, for just under 40 years, been giving hope and help to people as they struggle. When they cannot, because of stress, poverty and pain, see hope, Feed My People helps them find it. Feed My People’s Help Center/Pantry in South County is weather worn, with original plumbing, electrical wires and a layout that does not lend itself to feeding people. With a vision to help each person in need with care and compassion, Feed My People invites you to join us in rebuilding and conserving this community institution dedicated to helping people, no matter their background or point of view. No one should be hungry in our community.
“And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’ Matthew 25:40
May “Thy will be done” when you support the Feed My People ministry to feed and help people who are lost and lonely. It is in the eyes of people who are hurting, that we see Christ. It is in these occasions we have the opportunity to fulfill God’s will to love one another and care for each person as we would Christ Himself.
