Feed My People St Louis - A Christian Food Pantry, Help Center
Feed My People's mission is to show God's love and compassion to all His people, but particularly to His people in need. We are a Christian nonprofit, one of the region's largest, oldest and most robust food pantries. Our thrift stores offer the general public low-cost quality goods, while generating income to help people who are struggling. With compassion and Christ's love, our army of more than 400 volunteers, dedicated staff and board of directors deliver help to more than 1000 people a week in St. Louis and High Ridge, Missouri.

A client family received a WalMart Gift Card from the Adopt-a-Family program, then ordered on-line and found an Air Fryer on clearance for a fraction of the retail price. They had been told that Air Fryers are healthier. It arrived in the mail just before Christmas and they’ve been using it often.
The family, 3 adult/teenagers, report a total family weight loss of 75 pounds within a month. They wanted us to know how much they appreciate Feed My People and the program but most of all, our very generous donors!
Feed My People was chosen as the Altar'd State Mission Monday charity for the 2020 holiday season. As their Mission Monday partner, FMP received a percentage of sales made every Monday from both locations {West County Mall and the Galleria} in December and January. In addition to donating over $8,700 to FMP from their Monday sales, Altar'd State also held a food drive benefiting Feed My People.
Thank You Altar'd State!

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, enacted last spring, includes a special $300 deduction designed especially for people who choose to take the standard deduction, rather than itemizing their deductions.
Under this new change, individual taxpayers can claim an "above-the-line" deduction of up to $300 for cash donations made to charity during 2020. This means the deduction lowers both adjusted gross income and taxable income – translating into tax savings for those making donations to qualifying tax-exempt organizations. Click to read more and always check with your tax advisor.

River City Casino & Hotel surprised us at Feed My People and started the New Year out right by giving back to the community. With help from River City guests through the Feed The Fountain campaign, the vending machine proceeds, and the donation boxes on the property, River City was able to raise $7,658.90 for Feed My People. Additionally, River City contributed $1,000 to bring the total donation to $8,658.90. Thank you to everyone who took part in this contribution. This will do amazing things for our community!
